SiteIQ documentation¶
SiteIQ is a map-based site-screening application from GeoScope Analytics. It combines parcel discovery, geospatial constraints, buildable-area modeling, infrastructure evidence, site scoring, saved projects, and reports in one workflow.
- Documentation version: 1.0.0
- Published: September 2, 2026
- Product release documented: SiteIQ 1.0
- Support: hello@geoscopanalytics.com
This documentation describes the current SiteIQ release and its integration with protected Rextag infrastructure datasets.
What SiteIQ helps users do¶
- Find and inspect real parcels from a configured ArcGIS parcel source.
- Select a parcel or draw an area of interest (AOI).
- Apply mapped environmental and infrastructure constraints.
- Estimate remaining buildable acreage and visualize buildable hexes.
- Measure proximity to available transmission, substation, natural-gas, fiber, roadway, and data-center evidence.
- Review calculated site scores and modeled market fit.
- Save projects, generate AI-assisted summaries, compare portfolio sites, and export reports.
Recommended reading¶
Start with the SiteIQ workflow, confirm the account and plan requirements, then review Constraints and buildability before interpreting results.
Screening tool
SiteIQ supports early-stage site screening. Results are not a survey, engineering design, title opinion, wetland delineation, environmental determination, utility capacity study, or regulatory approval.
