AOI
Area of interest: the selected parcel polygon or user-drawn polygon analyzed by SiteIQ.

ArcGIS Online (AGOL)
Esri's hosted organizational GIS platform. The current SiteIQ deployment uses the GeoScope ArcGIS Online organization for authentication and protected-service access.

ArcGIS Enterprise
Esri's self-hosted portal platform. It is distinct from ArcGIS Online and is not a general login target for the current SiteIQ deployment.

Baseline area
Gross AOI area before enabled constraints are removed.

Buildable area
Modeled AOI remainder after the union of enabled, available exclusions is removed.

Constraint
A mapped feature or terrain rule configured to exclude part of the AOI in a screening scenario.

Cut/fill
A preliminary 3D earthwork-volume comparison between the existing elevation surface and an optional target elevation over a user-drawn polygon.

Evidence
A calculated intersection, distance, or contextual measurement obtained from an available data source.

Feature Service
An ArcGIS service that exposes queryable spatial features and attributes.

Hex / H3 cell
A regular hexagonal cell used to visualize spatial classification. It is not the authoritative acreage geometry.

Infrastructure proximity
Measured distance from the analyzed site to the nearest usable mapped infrastructure feature returned by the configured query.

Rextag layer
An approved organization-protected infrastructure dataset integrated with SiteIQ.

Screening
Preliminary evaluation used to prioritize further investigation, not a final engineering or regulatory determination.
