AI Discover

AI Discover translates a natural-language site request into structured parcel-search criteria. It does not invent parcel records and does not replace the downstream geospatial analysis.

Use AI Discover

1. Open AI Discover from the map.
2. Select the parcel source.
3. Describe the parcels to find—for example, location, minimum area, and intended use.
4. Review the interpreted live criteria.
5. Select Search real parcels.
6. Preview a result and use it as the AOI.

The panel floats above the workspace and can be dragged so the map and results remain visible.

What is applied immediately

Searchable parcel attributes and geometry-based acreage can be applied during discovery. Preferences that require other datasets—such as low flood overlap, nearby infrastructure, or high buildable percentage—remain unresolved until a result is selected and analyzed.

AI Discover starts closed. Access can be restricted by the user’s SiteIQ plan.
