Accounts and plans

SiteIQ access has two related parts:

  1. An approved ArcGIS Online organizational account establishes the user’s identity and access to protected ArcGIS services.
  2. A SiteIQ plan controls application features and usage allocations.

ArcGIS account requirement

The current hosted release authenticates against the GeoScope ArcGIS Online organization. Users must be able to sign in to that organization and must have permission to access the protected content required for their work.

The application recognizes these ArcGIS user-type families:

  • Creator
  • Professional
  • Professional Plus

When no separate SiteIQ plan has been assigned, SiteIQ normally maps these user types as follows:

ArcGIS user type Default SiteIQ plan
Creator Creator
Professional Pro
Professional Plus Pro+

A SiteIQ administrator can assign a different plan or usage allocation when authorized by the applicable agreement.

ArcGIS Enterprise

ArcGIS Enterprise is Esri’s self-hosted portal product. The current SiteIQ deployment is configured for GeoScope ArcGIS Online and does not accept an arbitrary Enterprise portal login. Enterprise support can be added later as a separately configured deployment.

SiteIQ plan comparison

The following table describes the default application allocations currently enforced by SiteIQ. Contract-specific or administrator-assigned limits can override these defaults.

Capability Trial Creator Pro Pro+
Saved projects 5 40 200 Unlimited
Analysis runs 25 250 1,000 3,000
AI requests 20 150 500 1,500
AI daily soft cap 5 10 25 75
Portfolio sites 5 10 Unlimited Unlimited
3D cut/fill measurement Available* Available* Available* Available*
Terrain analysis Included during trial* Not included Included Included
PDF report export Included during trial Not included Included Included
AI portfolio comparison Included during trial Not included Included Included
Higher AI capacity No No No Yes

*Cut/fill depends on the 3D scene, elevation service, browser WebGL support, and ArcGIS volume-measurement availability. Terrain analysis also requires an ArcGIS Professional or Professional Plus user type because the relevant ArcGIS capability is not available to a Creator user in the current deployment.

Creator

Creator is the lower paid SiteIQ tier. It supports the core workflow:

  • Parcel search and selection
  • Drawing and saving AOIs
  • Constraint and buildable-area runs within the plan allocation
  • Site intelligence and infrastructure evidence
  • Standard AI usage within the plan allocation
  • A portfolio of up to 10 sites

Creator does not include terrain analysis, PDF export, or AI portfolio comparison.

Pro

Pro adds the advanced analysis and reporting capabilities:

  • Terrain analysis, subject to the compatible ArcGIS user type
  • PDF report export
  • AI portfolio comparison
  • Unlimited portfolio sites
  • Larger project, run, and AI allocations

Pro+

Pro+ contains the Pro feature set and increases capacity:

  • Unlimited saved projects
  • Unlimited portfolio sites
  • Higher analysis-run allocation
  • Higher AI allocation and daily soft cap

Trial

Trial temporarily demonstrates advanced SiteIQ capabilities with smaller overall allocations. Access ends at the trial expiration time. Trial inclusion does not guarantee that the signed-in ArcGIS user has every required ArcGIS capability; terrain still requires a compatible ArcGIS user type.

Usage and locked features

When a plan allocation is exhausted or a feature is unavailable, SiteIQ disables the affected action and displays the required plan or access condition. A daily AI soft cap is an operational threshold; total AI entitlement and administrative controls still apply.

Plan names describe SiteIQ entitlements. They should not be treated as replacements for Esri licensing terms or the organization’s ArcGIS licensing obligations.
