SiteIQ is an early-stage screening system. Results depend on the spatial accuracy, currency, coverage, permissions, and availability of source services and on the scenario parameters selected by the user.

SiteIQ does not replace:

• Boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, or title surveys
• Legal parcel, ownership, zoning, easement, or title review
• Wetland delineation or jurisdictional determination
• Flood study, drainage study, or hydrologic/hydraulic modeling
• Geotechnical, environmental, cultural-resource, or species studies
• Utility interconnection, capacity, pressure, or service confirmation
• Engineering design, permitting, or agency/operator approval

Distances are measurements to mapped features, not confirmation of access, capacity, ownership, availability, or connection rights. Buffers are scenario assumptions unless independently validated as applicable requirements.

AI-generated language can contain errors or incomplete interpretations. Always use the saved numeric and spatial evidence as the primary SiteIQ record and obtain professional verification before investment or development decisions.
