Data availability

SiteIQ follows an availability-aware model:

  1. Use a configured dataset when the signed-in user can query it and the service returns usable features.
  2. Calculate and display evidence when data exists for the AOI or relevant proximity search.
  3. Mark the category No data ยท skipped when analysis completes without usable evidence.
  4. Continue the overall run when an optional infrastructure source is unavailable.
  5. Never interpret an unavailable layer as proof that the feature does not exist.

Coverage versus proximity

A line or facility does not need to intersect the parcel to be relevant. Proximity queries can search beyond the AOI to find nearby infrastructure. The configured query extent and service capabilities still limit what can be returned.

Authentication

Public layers can be queried without organizational access. Protected Rextag sources require the active ArcGIS organizational session. Layer visibility and evidence calculation both depend on successful authorization.
