Reports and AI summaries¶
The Site Report presents saved results from the latest completed run. It can include site facts, buildability, constraint breakdown, slope feasibility, saved cut/fill volume, infrastructure evidence, scores, best-fit results, an AI-assisted narrative, and a map snapshot.
Open a report¶
Open the active site using Report, or open a saved site from Projects or Portfolio. The report uses the selected project's saved run; returning to the map should reload that project rather than create another one.
The report is organized into three views:
- Site Overview — project and run identity, site metrics, constraint breakdown, slope feasibility, best fit, risks, recommendations, and the AI Site Summary.
- Guided Due Diligence — automated findings and trackable follow-up actions for the saved run.
- Map Snapshot — a captured map view showing the spatial result associated with the report.
Generate an AI summary¶
- Complete the site analysis.
- Save the current project and run.
- Open Report.
- Select Generate AI Summary.
The summary is generated from a structured payload of calculated values. It should distinguish verified calculations from missing inputs and should not recommend recalculating a value merely because the result is unfavorable.
The generated summary is saved with the run so reopening the report does not discard it.
AI summary inputs are assembled from the saved structured calculation record. Existing flood overlap, buildable acreage, slope, access, constraint, and market-fit results are treated as known evidence. Recommended next steps can call for professional verification, but should not present a completed SiteIQ calculation as missing.
Generate due diligence¶
Select Generate Due Diligence after the buildable run has completed. SiteIQ creates a structured checklist tied to the current run. See Guided due diligence for phases, statuses, and saved user actions.
Export PDF¶
Select Download PDF after confirming the report content and map snapshot. PDF availability can depend on the assigned plan.
The map snapshot is a report image, not an additional analysis layer. Its clarity depends on the map having finished drawing at the desired extent before export.
Saved cut/fill volume¶
The report displays cut/fill values only after Save result is used in the 3D Cut/Fill Volume widget. Temporary, unsaved measurements do not appear in the report. See 3D cut/fill analysis.
Interpretation¶
AI text is explanatory assistance. Numeric results in the saved calculation record remain authoritative. Review recommendations against the displayed evidence and the methodology documented here.
