Scoring and best fit¶
SiteIQ’s overall site score is a screening indicator derived from available score factors rather than a guarantee of suitability.
Current score-factor groups include:
- Slope: suitability relative to the configured maximum slope.
- Access: roadway and transmission proximity evidence available to the run.
- Constraints: the proportion and effect of enabled exclusions.
Market fit¶
Best-fit modeling compares supported development profiles such as solar, data center, and industrial uses. Inputs can include buildable percentage, flood overlap, slope, road access, grid proximity, and site area when those measurements are available.
The report shows a market, score, rationale, and confidence. Confidence decreases when important inputs are missing. The highest modeled market score is not a recommendation to acquire or develop a property.
Missing evidence¶
SiteIQ does not invent neutral or favorable measurements for missing layers. Missing metrics are identified as data gaps and should lower confidence or be omitted according to the calculation model.
