Portfolio¶
The Portfolio Dashboard compares saved SiteIQ projects using their latest usable analysis results.
Users can:
- Filter and sort saved sites.
- Compare site score, buildable percentage, risk, data coverage, and best-fit market.
- View project locations on the portfolio map.
- Open a site report from a portfolio row.
- Generate portfolio insights where the assigned plan permits.
Portfolio summary¶
The summary shows the number of evaluated sites, average score, Tier A/B/C counts, and high-risk count for the current result set.
Filters and ranking¶
Users can filter or rank by:
- Purpose mode: automatic, solar, data center, or industrial
- Project name, APN, or run identifier
- Analysis date
- Score range
- Minimum buildable percentage
- Overall risk
- Best-fit market
- Best-fit confidence
- High-constraint indicators
- Flood- and wetlands-overlap thresholds
Purpose mode changes the comparison lens; it does not rerun parcel geometry or alter saved site calculations.
Ranked sites and portfolio map¶
Each ranked row can include score, best fit, risk, buildable percentage, saved cut/fill information, data coverage, and run date. Selecting a row connects the tabular result with the portfolio map. Opening its report uses that site's existing saved run.
The Cut/Fill column uses a previously saved 3D cut/fill result and does not calculate volume within Portfolio. See 3D cut/fill analysis.
Portfolio insights¶
Where the assigned plan permits, Generate Insights summarizes top markets, common constraints, failure patterns, and recommended cross-site actions. Calculated portfolio aggregation remains available even if an AI narrative cannot be generated.
Portfolio results are only as current as each project’s saved analysis. Rerun and save older projects before making final comparisons.
AI portfolio narrative supplements deterministic calculated comparisons; it does not alter project measurements or ranking inputs.
Portfolio ranking is a prioritization aid, not a substitute for comparing acquisition terms, utility capacity, entitlement requirements, schedules, or site-specific diligence.
