Before your first analysis

Access

You need:

  • An approved SiteIQ account associated with the GeoScope ArcGIS Online organization.
  • A valid ArcGIS Online organizational session.
  • Permission to access any protected Rextag layers used by the deployment.
  • A parcel source that covers the target geography.

Feature availability and usage limits depend on the assigned SiteIQ plan and ArcGIS user type.

ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise

The current hosted SiteIQ release signs users in through the GeoScope ArcGIS Online organization. A standalone ArcGIS Enterprise portal is not currently a supported login target. Enterprise portal support would require a separately configured and tested SiteIQ deployment.

Choose an appropriate parcel source

Parcel searches operate against one selected source at a time. A source must:

  • Be an ArcGIS Feature Service or supported ArcGIS item.
  • Contain polygon parcel geometry.
  • Permit queries for the signed-in user, or be publicly queryable.
  • Cover the requested city, county, or study area.

Know the difference between source and evidence

The parcel layer supplies candidate parcel geometry. Environmental and infrastructure layers supply analysis evidence. Selecting a parcel source does not guarantee every evidence dataset has coverage at that location.
